The Dark Ages

left in the dark and all is well
can’t define or find myself but
it’s been good and i can tell it’s
other things that i repel and i
don’t need someone to tell me how
these things are supposed to turn
out i’m better off when i’m left
blind have you got the time it’s
time i went out i should’ve grown
up by now but i’m caught up in
foolishness help me through this
mess and will this be on the test
i should’ve cleaned up this place
but i left things where they’re
at well maybe one of these days
things won’t be like that
