The Mountain

The Mountain

Rocket Thieves

There’s a mountain not too far from here

Known for its hostility, desired by its own grace

And wanted by me

Come and reach me we’re troubled, let’s dive into this

Mess, there’s no order I’d trade by your chaos

Husky sounds crosses the slope, nut-brown coverage,

Hopelessly amazed, freezing cold that makes me shiver

Be my anchor, walk my stride, stay firm and the world

Misguides, I take off my coat to embrace the wildness.

I start to climb and I’m smelling trouble

Am I just another explorer?

The trail is filled with flesh and bones

Death dances staring at the moon

The breeze tells of a new kind of beast

Out here its name I can’t hear

At the underground it lives, deep inside enila.

Rain is pouring down, and I can finally get to rest

But even all raindrop in the sky, cannot feel my broken

Glass, the fanged beast warms me, and every night I dance

With animals, I haven’t seen for long time

But even all raindrop in the sky

Cannot fill my broken glass.

The earth trembles ‘round

Trees are cracking down

This place wants me dead

Face upon the clouds

Two shots burst the air

The beast can’t be heard

And I don’t even care

Two wings are reaching me

That’s all I can see

Talks in a lovely way

It says that I can’t stay

Something rescued me

Against my own will

The Mountain
