The Poor Remain

Some say that times they have changed
Same say it’s getting better everyday
But when I look what do I see?
Nothing’s changed
They just want you to believe

That things have changed
But the poor remain….
And the reach remain….

Prejudice, rape, sexual harassment
I can’t believe but it’s still happening
Everyday and it’s not getting any better
When will we ever realize we’re all
In this together?

But till today
It’s still the same
So what has changed?
