Sitting on a lonely beach
An old man and his dog
Both were grey and worn by time
Their backs against a log
As I passed their spot one day
The old man spoke to me
‘Bout the wind and the rain
And of dreams he used to dream
And places he had been
That no one else had seen
Sometimes the wind is calling
A strange forgotten name
There is a hidden treasure
Somewhere down at Shellcast bay
And when the moon is shining
In that strange eerie way
That’s when you’ll see the treasure
Somewhere down at Shellcast bay
That is where you’ll find it
Always risk your heart and neck
Never loose your spark
Love the sun and love your dog
Never fear the dark
Can you keep a secret, lass?
I’ll tell you if you can
‘Bout the wind and the rain
And of dreams I used to dream
And places I have been
That no one else has seen
Sometimes the wind is calling…
